Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free. All weights and sizes are approximate.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery fees, which will be added at checkout.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.
Payment: We accept payments through secure third-party gateways such as Paystack and Flutterwave. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to locations within Lagos and other states across Nigeria ("Rest of Nigeria"). Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- We do not accept returns on perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fowoke Nigeria Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fowoke Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or the performance of the products purchased through the Site.
